OREANDA-NEWS. April 9, 2009. Delegation of the Federal Space Agency led by NPK Recod DG V. Bezborodov visited Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in early April to arrange practical implementation of the Cooperation Agreement on Utilization of the space systems, instruments and technologies signed in 2005.

Roscosmos delegation visited some organizations in Sakha, and held meetings with Yakutia officials. Sakha officials emphasize urgent need of space outcome in many segments of regianal economy.

Joint resolution of the Government of the Sakha Republic and Federal Space Agency has been prepared as a result of this visit.
