OREANDA-NEWS. April 8, 2009. Pursuant to a recent contract, GRASYS has supplied two mobile nitrogen stations for LLC Gazprom transgaz Ufa, a subsidiary of OJSC Gazprom. The supplied nitrogen stations are designed for feeding dry seals of gas-pumping units as well as for equipment purging and fire safety assurance at the CS Polyany (Republic of Bashkortostan).

Each of the mobile nitrogen stations supplied enables production of 300 nmі/hr of 95% gas from atmospheric air. During stations operation, the purity of product nitrogen may be easily adjusted securing the maximum cost efficiency. By manufacture of the mobile nitrogen stations, the modern membrane air separation technology was adopted.

Due to the use of the advanced design solutions, nitrogen stations combine the benefits of compactness and high capacity with reliability, serviceability and operation simplicity. The stations working temperature range is  between −50°С and +50°С. GRASYS mobile nitrogen stations were recommended for use at all OJSC Gazprom facilities. Specifically, nitrogen stations are recommended for use at compressor stations, booster compressor stations, compressor stations for underground gas storage facilities for the purpose of equipment purging and pressure testing, impulse gas drying and generation, temporary shutdown and other applications.

The capacity of GRASYS nitrogen stations varies within the limits of 100 to 5,000 nmі/hr of 90 to 99,5% nitrogen, the product gas pressure is up to 400 atm. GRASYS nitrogen stations offer the utmost reliability proved by their operation in the Far North and Siberia regions.
