OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 April 2009 was announced, that this and other problems was lifted before colleagues and the governor of Murmansk area Dmitry Dmitrienko by the chairman of board of the Union of Fishery Managers of the North Vitaly Kasatkin.

Trawlers also can be arrested abroad, in this case they too become inaccessible to bankers. And, at last, Fishery Managers, got to a difficult economic situation, can simply not get the vessels in Murmansk fish port.

Vitaly Kasatkin explained, that participants of fish branch in the majority follow the law letter. Proceeds of credit make at them only 5-10 percent from a turn while at other enterprises of industrial sector they reach 60 percent.

The chairman of board SrpS has mentioned a theme of development of domestic shipbuilding. In this area Russia which, apparently, nevertheless will enter in the near future the WTO, has lagged behind the European countries for ever as bitterly joke Fishery Managers. As soon as our country leaves on the world market on equal terms, Russian fish production will be not claimed, because it is difficult to make the qualitative goods on physically and obsolete courts.

"I know, that many extracting companies have large business projects, - Vitaly Kasatkin spoke. – I offer, all together to choose in Russia military ship-building factory which qualitatively builds cases, and then to find shipyard in Europe or Norway where it is possible to sate the case with the process equipment. For 80-85 percent we will be financed in these countries, because in foreign banks - more economic conditions. By the way, Norway promised to pay 2 billion NOK to the one who will offer the real decision of loading coastal of fish processing". (Approximately the same scheme of updating of fishery fleet was used by Murmansk fishermen and in difficult 90th years. The case was under construction in one country - that where it can be made more cheaply and more qualitatively, and technological saturation was carried out in another. In April when the active craft only begins, and in November when it is already possible to bring preliminary results of year.

Dmitry Dmitrienko has agreed to meet 2 times a year and if it is required and more often. Has informed, that the meeting with the head of the Savings Bank of Russia on which the head of region will bring an attention to the question of granting of credits to fishermen on the security of their courts is planned for April, 17-18th at it, supported with guarantees of the regional government.
