OREANDA-NEWS.On 06 April 2009 was announced, that crown Investments is to raise a mixed-use complex featuring a hotel and underground parking in Zamoskvorechie township of central Moscow.

The business centre containing an apart-hotel and an underground parking garage will be built on 22-24 Ozerkovskaya Quay.

According to a source from City Hall, LLC Crown Investments, acting as an investor, took a 49-year lease on the 1.4-hectare site intended for development.

The official noted that Crown Investments had demolished buildings 1, 2, 3, 4-28 located on 22-24 Ozerkovskaya Quay in accordance with the established procedure.

The construction project provides for building the complex with the area of 78,647 square metres, including the 52,854-square-metre superstructure, the 8,642-square-metre hotel and the 25,793-square-metre substructure. The underground car park is designed to accommodate 706 vehicles.

The structure is scheduled to be commissioned till 30 September 2011.
