OREANDA-NEWS. April 6, 2009. The law will shorten the list of dangerous goods that require special permits for international road transport, and will reinforce state supervision of such transport on Russian soil carried out using vehicles belonging to both Russian and foreign transport companies.

The law’s provisions will make it possible to carry out international freight transport by road of goods listed as dangerous under the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.
