IDGC of Centre Announced New Deputy General Director for IT
OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 April 2009 was announced, that Dmitry Yurievich was born in the town of Grozny. IN 1989 he graduated from Grozny Oil Institute named after M.D. Millionshchikov with the major area of study ‘electrification and automation of technological processes and productions’ with the qualification of ‘automation engineer’.
Dmitry Yurievich started his career in 1987, after doing military service, as a technician, and in 1989 he became an automation engineer in Promavtomatika All Russian Scientific Research and Project Institute, Grozny. From 1992 he has been a science employee of Promavtomatika Belgorod Science Production Enterprise. From 1993 to 2002 Dimitry Yurievich served as Head of the Deparment of Management Systems Automation Department, Belgorod Lemon Acid Plant.
During three years, from 2002 to 2005 he worked as First Deputy General Director in Onken, ltd – one of the largest Russian-German enterprises that function on the territory of the Belgorod Region. From 2005 Dmitry Lagunin worked in the Belgorod Region power system. He started his career in the power industry as Deputy Director for Information Management Systems, Corporate Service Systems, JSC. In 2006 he headed up Nodes Company, JSC. From September 2006 until his present new appointment he worked as Director for Information Technologies in Belgorodenergo, JSC, that became Belgorodenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC from 31 March, 2008.
On his new post Dmitry Lagunin will support work on the company’s development in the spheres of IT and business modeling up to the international level.
Pavel Andreyevich Obukhov who used to occupy this post decided to change his workplace to a new one.
