OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 April 2009 was announced, that workers defensive Rosljakovo dockyard (Murmansk area) have spent protest action against salary nonpayment. People do not receive money 5 months.

120 persons have come to shop, but any works to carry out did not become. They consider, that now it is unique possibility to draw attention of the authorities to the position. For Rosljakovo (9600 thousand inhabitants) factory № 82 – local economic mainstay. Here costs unique dock in the country, capable to accept on repair such ships as a leader of Northern fleet the heavy nuclear rocket cruiser "Peter the Great" or any atomic-powered vessel, informs GTRK Murman.

"People are driven to despair, have stopped works on dock. The further actions on continuation of works depend on reaction. The labour collective will already make of the decision on these actions", - process engineer Victor Sukmanov has told.

The ship-repair factory entirely depends from state military order, and the salary is paid by the Ministry of Defence. For workers of factory № 82 it any more the first experience of the similar protest - 90 because of nonpayments of the salary they blocked a motorway Murmansk - Severomorsk.

Murmansk military builders "62 managements of the chief of works" left on territory of the enterprise with slogans "We wish to eat, give our money!". In a reality management should be engaged in service and repair of military moorings, and also to conduct building of hydraulic engineering constructions. However some years management are in the compelled idle time. Representatives of trade union promise, if in the near future the given situation is not solved by a management of Northern fleet they will be compelled to deduce workers on the general meeting of the protest. It should take place in Murmansk in the beginning of April. Military men have not paid off till now for the order executed in 2004. The general debt almost 20 million roubles, informs GTRK Murman.
