OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2009. Aristus Holdings Limited and "Regional Mining Company", a member of the same group of persons with Aristus Holdings Limited, paid the total fine 900 000 Rubles to the federal budget (300 000 Rubles for each violation), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia discovered the violations processing the petition of Aristus Holdings Limited on purchasing 100% shares of the authorized capital of "Severnie Rudnie Technologii" Ltd.

The companies violated the law by completing transactions, specified in Article 28 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", without prior approval by the antimonopoly body.

Companies, members of the group of persons of Holdings Limited, are involved in geological surveying and extraction of precious metals of the platinum group.
