OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 April 2009 was announced, that according to the press-service of the department of agency on regulation of natural monopolies of Astana, they reduce normative technical wastes of “City electrical power” JSC and state communal enterprise “Su Arnasy” (APEM).

“The department approved the plan of measures on fulfillment of operative plan of APEM for 2009 in accordance with that the basic subjects of natural monopolies (City electrical power and Su Arnasy) reduce normative technical wastes up to 1% and 1.5% correspondingly”, it is said in press-release that was published on Friday.
