OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2009. The specialists of the trade and service center have the task to modernize backup service and support manning of KAMAZ vehicles and NEFAZ buses. The center was built within 2 years. It cost 400 million roubles including KAMAZ investments of 138 million roubles.

The complex has a vehicle service station for 12 points with diagnostics and car-washing facilities, a spare parts store, a sales area for 100 vehicles. Here is also located an administrative and consumer service center with an exhibition hall, a shop and a dining hall.

KAMAZ automotive equipment finds a ready market and is held in respect in the Kuznetsk Basin (Kuzbas). A socio-economic cooperation agreement signed in 2004 gave renewed impetus to traditionally friendly business relations between KAMAZ and the region. Relations with large industrial companies of Kemerovo Region – Yuzhkuzbassugol, Yurginsky Machine Building Plant, SUEK (Siberian Coal Energy Company) – are intensively developing.

In 2006 a subsidiary of KAMAZ Leasing Company was opened in Kemerovo. KAMAZ offered its clients full-operational financial leasing adapted to the needs of all businesses.

At the opening ceremony Sergey Kogoghin, Director General of KAMAZ Inc., said, “Establishing a new service center in a difficult economic situation indicates that we are confident of our own powers.
