OREANDA-NEWS. April 01, 2009. Nefteyugansk affiliate of SOGAZ Insurance Group has signed an insurance contract for the construction and installation risks of LLC RemTekhServis (Tyumen Region, the city of Pyt-Yakh), which is engaged in construction works in preparation of an engineering site for subsequent building of a booster compression plant, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.

In accordance with this contract, SOGAZ will provide insurance coverage for the contractor’s construction and installation risks and its civil liability during the whole term of construction. The total coverage under this insurance contract amounts to RUR 83 million.

The construction works have been ordered by LLC RN-Purneftegaz, one of Rosneft’s leading oil producers.

Komsomolskoe Field in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District is characterized by a unique geological structure and oil properties, with oil reserves estimated at 185 million tons.
