OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2009. CJSC “Kvazar-Micro Tekhno” that is part of SITRONICS Information Technologies, one the leading system integrators working in Eastern Europe and CIS countries, declares about its victory in competition for project of structured cable networks in Ukraine, for creation of new single information and technical infrastructure of the State Statistics Committee, in category “The largest SCS complex for branches and divisions of establishment in the territory of Ukraine”, reported the press-centre of SITRONICS.

Distribution of awards was conducted as part of annual international conference “Structured cable systems – 2009” organized by magazine “Networks and business”.
 
Jury marked very high work of the company specialists for the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, as well as scale and high level of the project implementation, within which single all-Ukrainian information and technical infrastructure of the statistics authority was created.
 
Recall that the project for the State Statistics Committee was implemented in 20 months. Works were conducted in two stages. At first stage software and hardware complex of single IT environment in 498 district statistics offices was created. Within the second stage the central office and 27 regional offices including Kyiv and Sevastopol were integrated in unified network of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. Competition “The Best SCS project in Ukraine” has been held by the staff of magazine “Networks and business” on a regular basis for three years in a row. In 2007 30 projects were presented at the competition, in 2008 — 35 projects.
