Marina Malykhina, General Director, Energy Consulting/Business Service, Deputy General Director in Corporate Management, Energy Consulting, participated in business luncheon, arranged by SAP, a leading global supplier of business management software solutions, for HR-top-managers from large companies, banks and enterprises, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

The meeting took place on March 28th, 2009 in Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow Hotel. Within the framework of the event the participants of the meeting discussed vital issues for HR-communities such as preserving HR strategy in terms of resource limitations, increasing importance of HR in change management, use of efficient HR-adaptation instruments related to current market conditions.

Within the frames of the HR Management meeting Marina Malykhina shared practical experience with respect to foundation of a united HR managing service center. Such a center can help in solving those urgent matters.
