OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 March 2009 was announced, that in accordance with an Order by Vaagn Martirosyan, General Director of CenterTelecom OJSC, Alexei Kamyshev has been appointed the company’s Deputy General Director – Financial Director.

Alexei Kamyshev was born on 25 August, 1972 in the Borisoglebsk district, Voronezh region. He graduated from Voronezh State University in 1995 specializing in radiophysics and electronics. Subsequently, in 1998, he received a financial degree at the same university. From 1997-2000 Mr. Kamyshev worked in the Voronezh branch of Uralvneshtorgbank OJSC in a variety of posts from Securities Department Specialist, Head of Debit and Credit Operations Department, to Deputy Manager. From 2000-2002 he held a number of key financial posts in major Voronezh regional companies. In 2002 Mr. Kamyshev was appointed First Deputy Director of Voronezhsvyazinform, a CenterTelecom branch. Later he worked as First Deputy Director and Deputy General Director responsible for Economics and Finance at the Voronezh branch of CenterTelecom.
