OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2009. Russian Agricultural Bank and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adygeya signed Cooperation Agreement on Implementation of the Federal Program on Agribusiness Development 2008-2012, reported the press-centre of Russian Agricultural Bank.

Under the Agreement Russian Agricultural Bank and the Republic of Adygeya will join efforts for development and increase of capacities for processing of output of personal household plots and farms.

The Agreement is expressed so as investment loans will be extended for the development of priority agribusiness subsectors, and availability of credit and financial services will be provided for animal breeding, SMEs and residential building in the rural areas.

Besides, the Cooperation Agreement provides for the development of land mortgage lending system and modernization and infrastructure development of procuring and supply-sale consumer cooperatives, and consumer credit cooperatives for agribusiness output processing.
