OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2009. The meeting will take place in Chisinau, Vlaicu Pircalab str.69 (Leogrand Hotel & Convention Center), reported the press-centre of Investprivatbank.

The agenda of the meeting includes consideration of the financial report for 2008, the report of the Council of the Bank for 2008; Audit Commission report for 2008, profit distribution for 2008 and approval of the norms of profit distribution for 2009.

It is also planned to approve outside auditor for 2009 and the amount of payment of its services, make changes and modifications to some legislative acts of the Bank and the Bank’s charter. The shareholders should also elect a Board of the Bank and the audit committee and establish the amount of payment of their services.
