OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 March 2009 was announced, that Uralsvyazinform exercised an option on its series 07 bonded loan which was placed on March 21, 2006.

All in all, put options for 2,970,479 bonds with par value of Rub 1,000 were received from bondholders, which is 99.02% of the total number of shares, with cumulative coupon revenue equal to Rub 2,614,021.52.

Uralsvyazinform executed its obligations on the option in full and within the prescribed deadline, which again confirms its reputation as a reliable and sound borrower.
