OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 March 2009 was announced, that Sibirtelecom held a board of directors meeting at which the issue was addressed of reelecting the chairman and deputy chairman of the board of directors of Sibirtelecom.

A decision was adopted at the meeting to terminate the powers of Evgeny Alexandrovich Chechelnitsky as chairman of the board of directors of Sibirtelecom and elect to this position Sergey Ivanovich Kuznetsov, who previously held the position of deputy chairman of the board of directors ofSibirtelecom.  Gennady Georgievich Kudryavtsev is to be elected as the new deputy chairman of the board of directors of Sibirtelecom.
