Garant-Assistance Entered Top 5 Based on Turnover of Cash Assets
OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 March 2009 was announced, that 2008 had been the most successful year for Garant-Assistance since its establishment. According to the results of the year, the company entered the Top 5 of the market leaders in Ukraine’s assistance services based on the turnover of cash assets (about UAH 20 million). The company’s active development is supported by shareholders’ investments in the amount of USD 2 million.
Founded in 1998, Garant-Assistance provides the entire spectrum of services in the field of technical, medical and travel assistance. Since 2008, the company has been a member of IMG International Holding. The company has an independent appraiser license. Its clientele is made up of about 20 insurance companies, and this number is constantly growing. Under the contract with Oranta alone, it settled 13,100 cases of auto transport portfolio of the insurer.
The following service centers are partners with Garant-Assistance: Avtograd (Mitsubishi), SVT Fortuna, Avtotsentr Goloseevo and Avtosoyuz (Opel, Chevrolet, Nissan, Renault). In addition, the company closely cooperates with a national center of independent examinations, Kiev Research Institute of Forensic Examinations and State Automobile Inspectorate.
In the framework of technical assistance development in 2008, Garant-Assistance concluded a contract with Audatex-Ukraine. The Audatex system is used in 23 countries of the world and is designed to produce highly credible calculations of expenses for fixing vehicles in a short period of time and with minimum efforts.
In the field of medical assistance, the company’s partners are 670 medical institutions all over the country and also doctors of state and departmental clinics. 180 contracts with medical providers were concluded last year, 97 of which are regional. It is worth mentioning that Garant-Assistance settled 4000 cases in 2008 in the framework of medical assistance. About 550 cases were settled abroad.
In terms of travel assistance, Garant-Assistance has been a partner of Mondial Assistance Group, the world’s leader in providing assistance services, since 2002. Mondial Assistance Group includes 33 call centers in 26 countries in 5 continents. The network of 400,000 service providers and 240 correspondents, official representatives of Mondial Assistance in every country, allows the Group to provide support to its clients all over the world.
In 2008, Garant-Assistance established its own modern call center on the basis of the technical equipment complex of Avaya Call Centre Elite. The call center works 24/7 in several directions, the main of which are informational, technical and medical assistance. Currently the company processes 1000 calls daily.
