PAVA Confectionery Enterprise Improves Recipes of Biscuits
OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 March 2009 was announced, that in 2008, specialists of OJSC Zauralskiy Kreker (PAVA subsidiary) worked to improve the product range, package and quality parameters of crackers, sugar cookies and biscuits. The efforts resulted in upgrade of formulations for the total confectionery assortment.
New types of natural flavouring agents were chosen which significantly improved the taste of the biscuits. In some confectionery items the content of butter-and-oil products was enhanced.
The invariable advantage in production of crackers, biscuits and sugar cookies is using high-grade flour produced by the PAVA company. Its daughter enterprise in Kurgan region receives flour made from the Altay grain – characterized by high gluten and whiteness.
