OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 March 2009 was announced, that a new thoroughfare to link Dmitrovskoe Highway and Dubninskaya Street is to be opened to traffic in northern Moscow anon.

According to a press service of Moscow’s northern administrative district, the thoroughfare to open is Proektiruemy Proezd No 4376 that is currently inaccessible for car drivers as its carriageway is limited by the railroad bed. When it is open, the motorists will get new lanes, due to which Leningradskoe and Dmitrovskoe highways will be less busy.

Within the preparation for opening the freeway, the municipal authorities intend to change its environment and, firstly, solve the problem of unauthorized trade near the road under construction.
