OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2009. The Gov’t has unanimously approved a draft resolution which is to regulate restrictions of extra charges on the number of medical products.

So, a list of medical products and medical purpose goods at a minimal for the consumers price will be proposed in drugstores as well as financial support which is to facilitate pharmacists to organize this activity. 

The decision of the Government envisages priority of Ukrainian producer, distribution of extra charges, tied to a currency rate, between wholesale and retail rate. In this view the draft was coordinated with associations of pharmaceutists and producers of Ukraine before being considered by the Government.
