OJSC Far East Telecom Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on March 18, 2009 to discuss the issue of reelection of OJSC Far East Telecom s Board of Directors Chairman.

Subsequent to the results of the Meeting the decision was approved to terminate powers of Evgeny Alexandrovich Chechelnitsky as OJSC Far East Telecom Board of Directors Chairman and to elect to the office Bogdan Ivanovich Golubitsky, who previously took the position of OJSC Far East Telecom Board of Directors member .
