OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2009 was announced, that the opening of “Perekrestok” supermarket took place in “Pavlovo Podvorye” Retail and Entertainment Complex on the 20-th of March. Also a number of department stores including books, jewelry, gifts and other stores and boutique galleries opened the doors for the visitors.

“Pavlovo Podvorye” complex includes fitness centre with a swimming pool, entertainment area, restaurants, food courts, open dance floor and a number of accessory stores. Comfortable parking area is located nearby the complex and the access road.

“Currently we have rented out 70% of the complex area, and by the summer 2009 expect to significantly increase the number of tenants” – said Sergey Bachin, CEO of JSC “OPIN”, the owner and developer of the project.
