OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was announced, that Astana akim Imangali Tasmagambetov participated in the ripening ceremony of KMC “Astana motors” new dealer auto center of “Toyota” company.

- New capital of our state has very ambitious plans, first of all to be hi-tech city. In this context opening of dealer center of “Toyota” world famous company is the essential part of this strategy realization and life activity of our city, - said akim.

I.Tasmagambetov said that president of “Toyota Motor Kazakhstan” Sekhei Taki and president of “Toyota Motor Europe” Tadashi Arashima confirmed correspondence of the new center to all the standards and requirements of “Toyota” company; they are pleased with the work made by Kazakhstan partners.

This center serves both Astana and Akmola oblast and realized cars, original spare parts and accessories as well as renders service and guarantee servicing.

Investments in building of the center with the area of 4267 sq. m. comprise 6 mln US dollars. The complex unites show-room, service station and storage of spare parts.

Service zone for 17 posts is equipped with modern repair-diagnostic facilities of the leading producers and high-grade line of instrumental control. Technical stuff was undergone training course in dealer centers of Moscow and Almaty has all the information concerning servicing and repair of “Toyota” cars.

“Astana motors “Kazakhstan motor company was founded in 1992 and it joins “Astana group holding”. Today the company occupies 36% of official auto market of Kazakhstan and is the official distributor of “Subaru”, “Hyundai”, “BMW” and official dealer of “Toyota” and “Nissan”.

“Toyota motor” company was founded in 1937 in Japan by Kiichiro Toyoda; his a little bit changed surname became the trade mark of the company. In 1999 100-million “Toyota” car rolled off the production line, in 2008 the corporation became the leader of world automobile industry having produced 8 mln 972 thousand cars.
