OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was announced, that TGC-1 announces the appointment of Sergey Redkin as its new Deputy General Director for Corporate Development and a new member of the management board effective March 16, 2009.

Sergey Redkin was born in Kandalaksha of the Murmansk oblast in 1977.

In 2000 graduated from the St. Petersburg Polytechnical University, with major in Economics (Master’s degree).

From 1999 to 2002 worked in various banking institutions.

In 2002-2006 Mr. Redkin was the head of the financial department, and later deputy General Director in charge of marketing and sales of the Kirishi GRES of RAO UES of Russia.

From 2006 to 2008 he was the head of the Development department of RAO UES of Russia.

Prior to his appointment to TGC-1 Mr. Redkin was Projects Director of "SPb Upravkom".
