OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was TGC-1 announced the appointment of Igor Dubinnikov as new Deputy General in charge of HR and a new member of the management board effective March 16, 2009.

Mr. Dubinnikov was born in Frunze of Kirgizskaya SSR in 1976.

In 1998 he graduated from Kursk State Pedagogical University.

In 2002 he graduated from Orel regional academy of state administration, major – "state administration".

From 1998 to 2003 held various managerial positions in Kursk.

In 2003-2005 - Deputy General Director in charge of HR of Kirishi GRES of RAO UES of Russia.

From 2005 to 2006 - Deputy General Director in charge of HR of RUKOM.

In 2006 was appointed member of the management board, Director of Administration of JSC “Power Machines” and Director of HR of “LMZ” (JSC “Power Machines”).

In 2008 was appointed General Director of of “SPb Upravkom”.
