OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 March 2009 was announced, that the straight fight for the chair of the deputy of the municipal Duma of Khabarovsk is completed for the Director of branch “Khabarovskaya Generating Company” of JSC “FEGC” Vladimir Larikov* with indisputable win.

We remind you, that on March 1, 2009 the citizens of Khabarovsk had being electing the deputies in new convening of Duma.

Four candidates at electoral district No. 30 were competing the manager of the largest branch of the Far Eastern Generating Company, promoted by Khabarovsk local branch of all-Russian political party “The United Russia”. The operator of pumping station of KhCHPP-3, the director of school, arc welder of utility company, the employee of the law enforcement organ by the number of votes were far behind Vladimir Larikov.

The principal message of Vladimir Larikov to the electors was understandable and simple: “If there will be heat and light – there will work the industry, there will live the city”.

As the ground of the election platform by future deputy were taken not phrases, but actual principles of the assistance to the most unprotected layers of our society in the conditions of the world economic crisis: to children, pensioners, disabled persons, the employees of the budget spheres.

As noted Vladimir Larikov, the deputies of the fifth convening have to resolve a raw of problems, related to distribution of municipal assistance and support to the companies and population; elaborate a mechanism of social protection of the population in crisis conditions (the most relevant, by deputy’s opinion, is transfer the allowances to different categories of needed people into the address form of assistance, depending on the income of the family), creating favourable conditions for local producers, increasing the number of working places in the city and etc.

On opinion of inhabitants of Beryozovka  settlement (territorially related to electoral district No. 30) in the election has won the candidate, who was not only conducted active work among the electors, but by his many-years everyday work prove the ability successfully fulfill the assigned duties and resolve important for the people problems, and also could propose some kind of innovations in the struggle with crisis.

*Reference info: Larikov Vladimir Sergeevich, 1956 year of birth. Entire labour activity is unbreakably related to energy sector. After graduation from Moscow Institute of the rail road engineers on the speciality “The industrial heat energy sector” in 1979, by assignment worked as shift foreman, and from March 1980 as chief engineer of boiler shop of Tynda division of civil structures. From 1980 to 1982 he served in the Soviet army. From 1982 to 1992 passed the way from operator of boilers to the deputy manager of boiler-and-turbine shop of Rizhskaya CHPP-2.

On invitation of the management of JSC “Khabarovskenergo” had arrived to Khabarovskaya CHPP-3 in Beryozovka settlement of Khabarovsk city, where was working from 1992 to 2003 as deputy manager of boiler-and-turbine shop, deputy chief engineer in production and technology. From 2003 to 2006 worked as General Director of JSC “Khabarovskaya Production and Repair Company”. In March, 2006 was assigned the Director of the branch “Territorial Generating Company” of JSC “Khabarovskenergo”. Now he works as Director of branch “Khabarovskaya Generating Company” of JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company”.

Had received additional education in the Academy of National Economy attached to the Government of the Russian Federation in the program “President”. In 2002 had been awarded the title of “The Honoured Energy Employee”, in 2006 was decorated by the jubilee medal of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia. Also was awarded by diplomas and letters of gratitude of the Government of Khabarovsk krai. He is married. He is bringing up threee children.
