OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2009. In Jan-Feb 2009 as compared with Jan-Feb 2008 the commercial output of Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (branch of Energoatom Concern OJSC) grew by 27.1% to 4.387bln RUR – 936mln RUR more than a year before.

The report sent by the Financial-Economic Service of Leningrad NPP to the Government of Leningrad region says that in Jan-Feb 2009 the number of employees of Leningrad NPP totaled 5,855 people (5,570 of them were industrial workers).

The average monthly salary grew to 28,605 RUR from 25,172 RUR in Jan-Feb 2008.

In Jan-Feb 2009 Leningrad NPP transferred 186.8mln RUR to the budget and non-budgetary social funds – 44.8mln RUR more than in Jan-Feb 2008.

Particularly, the budget of Leningrad region received 36.7mln RUR, the budget of Sosnovy Bor – 72.1mln RUR, the Pension Fund of Russia – 41.8mln RUR.
