OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 a source from City Hall said, that a mixed-use complex featuring apartments is to be raised on Grodnenskaya Street in western Moscow.

According to the official, by 2010 the Financial and Economic Department of City Hall is to do a project feasibility study and work out a layout of the site allocated for building a mixed-use complex featuring apartments on 12 Grodnenskaya Street.

The site intended for developing the complex has the area of 0.815 hectares.

“The object will be designed and built at the expense of the Financial and Economic Department of City Hall,” the source added.
