OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was announced, that LLS UTair Finance– associated company of JSC UTair Aviation paid off the second emission bonded loans of 1 milliard roubles on March, 10 of 2009 and carried out the payment of the last of 12 coupons, thus having completely performed its obligations before the holders.

 The total volume of profit, paid by obligations of this emission within the circulation period made 306 680 000 (three hundred and six million six hundred and eighty thousand) roubles.

 LLS UTair Finance’s third emission loan securities, which were placed in 2006 are in current circulation. On December, 19/2008 LLS UTair–Finance bought a part of this emission obligations at the total cost of 1 605 226 000 (one milliard six hundred and five million two hundred and twenty-six thousand roubles) on terms of a public offer.

 The loan securities of LLS UTair Finance are circulated in a quoted upper level list "A1" since June of 2008.
