Sviaz-Bank placed 36th among the Leading Retail Banks in 2008 in the rankings published by the RBС.Rating Agency, with 2.4 billion rubles issued in unsecured loans to individuals in 2008. On January 1, 2009, the Bank had 3 billion rubles in its unsecured loans portfolio, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

In another ranking, Russia’s Biggest Mortgage Banks in 2008, Sviaz-Bank was ranked 62nd, with a mortgage loans portfolio of 652.4 million rubles, most of the loans, 428.3 million rubles, issued by the Bank in 2008.

Sviaz-Bank was ranked 25th among the Leading Card Issuing Banks in 2008 by the RBС.Rating Agency, with more than 411,000 bank cards in circulation on January 1, 2009.

Finally, Sviaz-Bank was given 22nd place among the banks for the number of bank cards issued during a single year (over 183,000), and 46th among the rated banks for the proportion of bank cards issued under wage payment projects (upward of 137,000).
