OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was announced, that the management of TMM Company held a meeting with the purchasers of apartments in Sonyachna Brama residential and office complex (73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv). During the meeting Nikolay Tolmachov, the CEO of the company, dwelt upon the construction process, financial and operational results of the company in 2008 and plans for the current year. According to the project, the first stage of the complex completion is scheduled for 4th quarter of 2009. The proceeds from sales as well as the borrowed funds is enough to complete the necessary volume of construction-assembly works.

Currently such types of works as engineering systems installation, pre-plastering complex of works and doors and radiators installation are being carried out at the first stage of the complex. The façade and fine finishing works will be continued as soon as the temperature inside the buildings settles at +10 C.

As reported earlier, the first stage of the residential complex construction consists of five residential buildings with built-in commercial premises and three car parks. The total area of the first stage is 96.8 thousand sq m including: residential buildings area – 87.9 thousand sq m, car parks – 2.9 thousand sq m, supermarket – 1.3 thousand sq m.

Residential and office complex Sonyachna Brama located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv is the largest TMM Company's project under construction. In this project with enclosed infrastructure TMM realizes the "city within the city" concept. The complex consists of 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office centers. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.

The completion of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages is scheduled for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively.
