OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2009 was announced, that Life Insurance Company "Universalna" has held a training for financial consultants within the motivation program "Leader".

First outdoor seminar took place on 14—15 March, 2009 in Odesa. Consultants from different areas, who fulfilled the sales plan during last month, have been invited to the event.

Even though the seminar has been named "Standard", its methodology appeared to be quite nonstandard. In particular, every financial consultant could practice in future occupation responsibilities, obtain the solid knowledge in sales technique and communicate with the colleagues from other regions. In addition, each participant has received a gift from the company — the branded briefcase with all the necessary marketing and corporate information.

Consultants have also visited the Odesa regional directorate of Life Insurance Company "Universalna". Today — one of the most successful representative offices of the company, with the most extensive network, as well as the highest sales results.

Such seminars are planned to be held every month. Consequently, the candidates for participation in April edition of "Standard", which will take place in Lviv, have already been selected.
