OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2009. During the summer navigation period m/v Zolotaya Kolyma is to supply Magadan with the whole coal stock in demand.

Group Tranzit DV had won the municipal order for the coal shipment under the program of North supply for the winter 2009-20010. Within the framework of this project m/v Zolotaya Kolyma is to deliver as much as 250 000 mts of coal for the heating system and public utility consumption purposes of the Magadan Administrative center. During the summer navigation period (that means in between the middle of May and the end of October) the vessel is scheduled to make 10 voyages from port Vostochny to Magadan.

At present m/v Zolotaya Kolyma is also engaged in the coal supply to another region of Northern part of Russia's Far Eas, in few days she is going to deliver 22500 mt coal cargo lot from Vanino to Magadan's "neighbor", port Petropavlovsk -Kamchatskiy. The vessel will make two voyages for Kamchatka delivering coal for municipal energy needs.

It is worth reminding that earlier this year the vessel Zolotaya Kolyma has been put through the thorough inspection and under repairs, so now she is fully equipped and ready for the North supply.
