OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 March 2009 was announced, that nevertheless in Murmansk area already there is a preparation for a meeting Shtokmanovsy gas. In particular, the settlement Teriberka located at coast has been deduced from a border zone. Now there access for foreign experts is opened. In Teriberke the factory on natural-gas liquefaction arriving from a deposit will be constructed, also the accompanying infrastructure and new apartment houses there will be erected, the newspaper "Power and the industry of Russia" writes.

As it is paradoxical, world financial crisis has helped development of the Shtokmanovsky deposit. Therefore the schedule of works ashore and in the sea will be executed precisely in time, Jury Komarov is assured:

– For us it is good chance to receive the competitive project for the reasonable price. A Year-two ago the prices were limiting. Now the prices for many services and the goods, first of all on a steel, have fallen. From this point of view we consider, that now good time for project realisation. As to the general terms we while do not have bases to change those time frameworks which have been defined: the end of 2013 – the first gas and 2014 – manufacture natural-gas liquefaction.
