OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2009. This March Mr Pavlyshko comes to Colliers International in Belarus from “National Cadastral Agency” of Belarus Republic where he worked more than 10 years. Mr Pavlyshko graduated faculty of Economics in Belarusian National Technical University and studied in University of Bremen (Germany), reported the press-centre of  Colliers International.
