OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 March 2009 was announced, that Sibirtelecom won a competition for providing communication links for the department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Buryatia.

Development of a corporate network will provide access of remote district subdivisions of the Pension Fund in Buryatia to centralized resources, such as clients service, complex of Pension Affairs Administration, etc. The networks will also provide a possibility to centralize data processing in the system of pension insurance on the basis of such program and technical complexes as “Insurers”, “Family Maternity Capital” and others.

“It is a very important project that will centralize the system of pension payments in the Republic of Buryatia” – says Andrey Zdarov, Deputy General Director – Director of Buryatia branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC. – The corporate network of data transfer will allow formation of a unified secure system of data exchange for the subdivisions of the Pension Fund in the Republic and access to its centralized resources”.

Sibirtelecom Company won many tenders for the provision of communication services for subdivisions of the Pension Fund in the Siberian region. The total amount of concluded contracts within the whole Siberian Federal District amounts to over 47.8 mln. rubles. The project of construction of the corporate network for a department of the Pension Fund in the Republic of Buryatia is scheduled to be finished before the end of 2009.
