OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2009. The 9th Arbitration Appeal Court upheld the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court and dismissed the claim of "Image Holding ApS" - a subsidiary of "Image Holding" Shareholding Company. "Image Holding ApS" asked to invalidate the FAS Russia's decision on the antimonopoly case against the company, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 9th June 2008, FAS Russia found that actions of Image Holding ApS" - a subsidiary of "Image Holding" Shareholding Company violated Clause 1 Part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (unfair competition).

The company violated the law by disseminating information that vodka "Medovukha" did not meet the government standards GOST R 51074-2003.
