OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 March 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom OJSC has reviewed the suggestions of shareholders on the nomination of candidates to the company’s managing and audit bodies.                           

After considering suggestions in compliance with Russian legislation and CenterTelecom’s Charter, the Board of Directors approved the inclusion of the following candidates to the Board of Directors for voting at the company’s annual general meeting in 2009:

Shareholders owning not less than 2% voting shares of CenterTelecom OJSC have the right to nominate candidates to the company’s Board of Directors and Audit Commission. According to the company’s Charter, the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom includes 11 members, and the Audit Commission includes seven members.
