OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 March 2009 was announced, that in two months 2009 the branch of IJSC Ingosstrakh based in Novosibirsk made a number of large compensation payments under motor hull insurance policies to its clients,

In particular, Ingosstrakh paid in excess of RUR1.3mln in compensation for the full loss of a Nissan Murano, more than RUR1.2mln were paid to the owner of a  Mercedes-Benz C280 for damages sustained by the vehicle, and RUR979k were paid in compensation for the theft of a Toyota Land Cruizer.

Moreover, in compensation under a motor hull insurance policy in connection with the risk of hull damages Ingosstrakh paid RUR670k to the owner of a Mitsubishi L200, RUR436k were paid to the owner of a Chevrolet Captiva and RUR511k were paid for the damages sustained by a Volvo FH.

The branch of IJSC Ingosstrakh in Novosibirsk paid RUR457k to the owner of an ACURA MDX under a voluntary civil liability motor insurance.

The average number of claims processed monthly by IJSC Ingosstrakh in Novosibirsk is 400. In 2008, the insurer’s Novosibirsk branch paid in excess of RUR21.4mln to its clients for car thefts and losses in accidents.
