Herewith, Astana-Finance, in accordance with sub-item 1 of item 2 of article 27 of the Listing rules regarding "Disclosure of information on events substantially affecting investor interests", informs on changes in the Board of Directors and the Management Board of Astana-Finance:

- Saduakas Mameshtegi filed a statement on termination of duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors on his own will beginning February 2, 2009.

- Kintal islamov was elected for the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Astana-Finance (the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Astana-Finance of March 3, 2009) beginning March 2, 2009, being released from the position of Chairman of the   Management Board (the decision of the Board of Directors of March 3, 2009) beginning March 2, 2009.

- Nikolay Mescheryakov was elected as an independent director of Astana-Finance beginning March 2, 2009.

- Elmira Ibatullina was elected to the position of Acting Chairman of the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009;

- Rosa Akhmetove was ousted from the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009;

- Erzhan Tumabekov was ousted from the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009;

- Raisa Sedova was ousted from the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009;

- Dina Chektybaeva was elected to the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009;

- Talgat Abdukhalikov was elected to the Management Board of Astana-Finance beginning March 6, 2009.
