OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by LOMO, Ltd., to make payments of interest accrued on the company’s fifth coupon of its Series 03 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 15.5% per annum, or 76 rubles 44 kopecks per bond. In all, the issuer paid 27,716,931 rubles 8 kopecks in after-tax coupon interest.

LOMO, Ltd., floated its three-year Series 03 bonds on September 21, 2006. The bonds have a maturity of three years and were issued to raise 1 billion rubles.
