OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2009. In line with Federal Law № 13-FL “On Peculiarities of Management of Property and Shares of Organizations Using Nuclear Energy and On Amendments to Some Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation,” I hereby decree:

1. To adopt the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation to give to Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, as property contribution, the shares of Atomny Energopromyshleny Kompleks (Atomenergoprom) Open Joint Stock Company transferred into the ownership of the Russian Federation following Presidential Decree N 556 “On Reorganization of Nuclear Industry of the Russian Federation” after the state registration of the reports on the results of issues of additional shares of that company.

2. The decree shall take force starting with the day of its official publication.
