OREANDA-NEWS. On March 12, 2009 Ust-Kamenogorsk reinforcement plant (Ust-Kamenogorsk, hereafter - the company), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in a letter informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held April 6, 2009 at 16:00 p.m. with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- changes in the Board of Directors of the company;

- increase of authorized stock of the company.

The venue of the meeting: Assembly hall, 6, Novaya Gavan, Ust-Kamenogorsk. Participants shall be registered beginning 15:00 p.m.

The list of shareholders, entitled to participate in the meeting, will be held based on the share register as on March 26, 2009.
