OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2009. Chairman duties and Olga G. Korolyova, Chief Accountant of Svyazinvest JSC, should be elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of North-West Telecom JSC.  

A new Company’s Board of Directors will be elected at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of North-West Telecom JSC dedicated to summing up the results of 2008, which will take place in the first half of this year ( see Press Release of 10.03.2009 ).

The Board of Directors of North-West Telecom JSC is elected at the annual general meeting of the shareholders by cumulative voting. According to the Charter, the Board of Directors consists of 11 members.
