OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 March 2009 was announced, that Ivan Kleimyonov, Deputy General Director – Director of Voronezhenergo, an IDGC of Centre, JSC branch, has taken part in the ceremony of inauguration of the new Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexei Gordeyev, who was elected on 26 February by Voronezh deputies.

The ceremony took place in Voronezh State Academic Theatre of Drama named after A.V. Koltsov. Over 600 people were invited to the inauguration, among them being representatives of RF President, RF Government, deputies of the State Duma, heads of the regions and other special guests.

While taking the oath of office, the new Governor of the Voronezh Region promised to serve the people truly and execute conscientiously the duties assigned to him.

After assumption of the office Alexei Gordeyev thanked everybody for their belief in him. “The Voronezh Region is one of the most important areas of the Russian Federation. The main task now is, together with the young and economically active people, to lead the region to the front positions and create accommodation for living of each person by using and developping the results achieved in the previous years. The thing we should start from is improvement of the authority and competence of the bodies of power”, said the new Governor.

Ivan Kleimyonov, Deputy General Director – Director of Voronezhenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, said, “I hope that the grid system of the Voronezh Region will be developping successfully with the support of the new Governor.  We will have to solve together a lot of urgent issues, such as integration of networks, entering into direct contracts on grid services, relations with power sale companies and reconstruction and construction of new power facilities. I am sure that our cooperation will bear fruit”.
