OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 March 2009 Svyazinvest announced an executive appointment. Mikhail Ivanovich Kritsky has appointed to the position of deputy general director of the company.

In his new position Mikhail Kritsky will be in charge of regional development issues.

Mikhail Ivanovich Kritsky was born on April 5, 1957 in the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Republic of Modavia.

In 1978 Mr. Kritsky graduated from the S.M. Kirov Higher Military Vocational School, and the Military Communications Department of the Military Academy in 1999.

In 2002 he graduated with a major in Information Technologies from the Orzhonikidze State Management University.

1978-2001 – served in the Armed Forces.

2001-2003 – deputy general director of international business development of MRKS Holding.

2003-2005 – deputy director of Design Institute Mosoblstroyproekt.

2005-2006 – deputy director of GUP UGS.

2006-2008 – executive director of Multinet Holding Group, manager of Infocom, technical operator for the design and construction of telecom facilities and systems for the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games.

2008-2009 – advisor for international issues of ZAO Megafon International.
