OREANDA-NEWS. On March 16, 2009 SB Alfa-Bank (Almaty) bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in a letter on election of new directors, reported the press-centre of KASE:

SB Alfa-Bank (the Bank) informs, according to decision No. 1 of the sole shareholder dated February 25, 2009 a new composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank was elected:

- Chairman - Johann Jonakh;

- Director - Ildar Karimov;

- Director - Pavel Nazaryan;

- Director - Philip Halperin;

- Independent director - Alarikh Fenivesh;

- Independent director - Alexey Savchenco.
