OREANDA-NEWS. On March 16, 2009 Corporation Tsesna (Astana), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a letter saying the Board of Directors made the following decisions on February 24, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to re-elect E. Edenbaev and B. Abdrakhmanova beginning March 1, 2009 for one year Chairman of the Management Board of Corporation Tsesna and deputy Chairman of the Management Board respectively;

- to early terminate beginning February 2, 2009 term of office of Director of Corporation Tsesna I. Zhalbirov upon his initiative.
